Refund policy

At Pawwix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pawwix.com. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
